Quality,at QTI, is driven by technical excellence, consistant application of good scientific practice and attentiveness to client needs and regulatory compliance. Our Mission statement and Quality Management system (QMS) are built on these principles.

The intention of the QMS is to prevent any events or problems that could negatively impact the integrity and quality of the data and results that are generated by QTI. The QMS is built and monitored on four systems (Quality, Laboratory, Information Technology (IT), and Facilities) each composed of a number of subsystems. Key performance indicators provide the inputs into QTI’s corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA) system. The QMS provides an environment for continual improvement.
