Training Program
Our training program is designed to make our employees successful. The program is tailored to the experience level of the employee. The program, which includes structured on-the-job training and classroom instruction, is divided into phases: General QTI procedures & policies and Department specific training. We also offer on-going training through on-site and off-site seminars & workshops.
Three performance reviews are scheduled during the first year of employment. Ongoing, reviews are performed on an annual basis. Top performers at QTI may receive raises, bonuses, promotions and recognition.
Location
QTI is located on Rt. 22 East in scenic Whitehouse, NJ. We are easily accessible from Routes 22, 31, 287, 202, 206, the NJ Turnpike, and the Garden State Parkway, and commutable from Central & Northern New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
